Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final. 

Returns are only valid on bundles and closures which have been sent damaged and have been communicated immediately the item is received, after 24hrs we will not be liable.

Your order can be altered for up to 24 hours after payment. 

All bundles take maximum 20 days in most cases they can be sent out the following day.

Our custom units take a maximum of 25 working days. Your order can be altered for up to 24 hours after payment. This doesn't include shipping time which depends on location. Usually 2 - 4 days.

We use tracked and signed for services to ensure you receive your package safely. You will receive a tracking number via the purchase email once it has been dispatched.

Some countries do require custom charges on orders this must be paid for by the recipient. The Raw Hair store is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

Orders will not be delivered on public holiday dates in your country,therefore delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.

The raw hair store will no be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courie

• Always use heat protectant when styling
• Use a pea size of hair serum and a conditoning spray to moisturise your hair
•  Sulfate free shampoo
• Use a conditioning mask after shampooing
