Custom orders take a maximum 25 business days within the UK and up to 30 business days outside the UK .

Orders may be receievd before this time but please allow enough time to receive your order.

We want you to get the best out of your investments so it is important you care for your pieces.

• Use a sulfate free shampoo
• Use a nourishing conditioner after shampooing 
• Use a pea size of hair serum or a conditoning spray to moisturise your hair 
• Always use heat protectant when styling (we recommend SATIN MILK )

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final. 

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services.

However if a flaw is reported within 48 hours we will investigate, if this is a fault of our own, you will be offered compensation if this is the case.

Returns are only valid on bundles, lace systems and ready made units which have been sent damaged and have been communicated immediately the item is received.

They must be returned in the unused state with ALL CONTENTS of the package returned.

Your order can be altered within 24 hours of payment. 

You will be scheduled for a video consultation to talk you through, the process of taking your wig measurents and designing your wig.

Please mention all your requirements during this consultation to make the process as smooth as possible.

Please ensure your hair is in a flat style on the day of the consultation.
