Bundles that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days within the UK and 3-7 business days outisde the UK

Pre-ordered bundle will take a maximum 21 business days within the UK and up to 28 business days outside the UK .

• Use a nourishing conditioner after shampooing 
• Use a pea size of hair serum or a conditoning spray to moisturise your hair 
• Always use heat protectant when styling (we recommend SATIN MILK )

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final. 

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services.

However if a flaw is reported within 48 hours we will investigate, if this is a fault of our own, you will be offered compensation if this is the case.

Returns are only valid on bundles, lace systems and ready made units which have been sent damaged and have been communicated immediately the item is received.

They must be returned in the unused state.

Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.
