RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, refunds are prohibited on wig units and all sales are final.

Returns are only valid on bundles or closures which have been sent damaged and have been communicated immediately the item is received, after 24hrs we will not be liable.

Bundles/ closures must be returned in the original state (unused and in the original packaging) Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.

*Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled provided that they have not yet been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via email within 24hrs at therawhairstore@gmail.com. Please do this as soon as possible in order to ensure your cancellation is successful.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Our custom units take a maximum of 25 working days. Your order can be altered for up to 24 hours after payment. This doesn't include shipping time which depends on location. Usually 3 - 4 days.

We use tracked and signed for services to ensure you receive your package safely. You will receive a tracking number via the purchase email once it has been dispatched.

Some countries do require custom charges on orders this must be paid for by the recipient. The Raw Hair store is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Orders will not be delivered on public holiday dates in your country,therefore delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.
